Project overview with three story east addition, containing new party room, new dining room and three new bedrooms.  The south addition, over the existing porch will contain two additional bedrooms.  An enlarged patio provides access to the basement party room through a sunken courtyard and amphitheater seating.  A new curb cut from Grady eliminates having to circumvent Preston Place.
