Site subcontractor (responsible for removing the east addition) will start mobilizing this week. All eroison and sedimentation control measures need to be in place prior to the exterior demolition.

All interior ceilings have been removed; floor protection is installed and all the elements of the hydronic heating system (boiler, pipes, and radiators) are gone. |

Exposed ceiling in living room. Several joists have been compromised by previous plumbing work and will require structural modification.

The wall between the chapter room and kitchen has been removed. Kitchen tile floor remains but will be removed in the upcoming week. Basement demolition revealed cause of sagging kitchen floor; sag will be corrected. |

Walls at the north bathroom have been removed; tile remains but will be removed in the upcoming week. Plumbing demolition will also start in the upcoming week.

Wall between southeast corner bedroom and south toilet room has been exposed; it is a bearing wall holding up the ceiling joist above. Structural modification is required to remove studs.
