View from Grady: Ground floor mixed use room is framed; second floor joists are in place

Second Floor: New entrance to Grand Foyer currently infilled with fire rated wall to separate Phase 1 / Phase 2

OAC Meeting 10: East Addition progress

Ground floor walls of east addition are complete; waterproofing has been applied and the ground floor joists have been placed.

Steel decking will be covered with concrete for the portion of the porch that is over enclosed space

Interior of new entertainment room; underslab plumbing to be installed shortly.  

Inside the entertainment room (looking south) to new doors leading out to future sunken courtyard.  Doorway on the right will lead to the existing basement and men's toilet room.

New men's and women's toilet rooms with slab in place

OAC Meeting 8: Phase 1 Complete / Punchlist
